Welcome to the PIMAM application (hereinafter "the Application"), published by Bulles d'Esprit. By downloading and using this Application, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.
These Terms define how the User may use the Application, which lets you track your pets' care, health, weight and memories, share them with other guardians, and get advice through an AI assistant.
The Application is available free of charge on the Apple Store and Google Play. Some features require an account, and some are reserved for Premium subscribers (see Article 9).
To access certain features, the User must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
The Application can also be tried without an account. This trial account is limited (for example, it cannot keep memories) and is deleted, with its data, after 30 days if it is not converted into an account.

You remain the owner of the photos and information you add. You grant us only the permission to host and display them in the Application, for you and for the guardians you invite, in order to provide the service.
An invited guardian sees the shared pet's information, including its memories, and can add to them. The pet's owner can remove any of them; the author of a memory can delete their own. You are responsible for choosing the people you invite and for the content you add.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
The AI assistant provides general information and can be wrong. It is not a veterinarian, and its answers, like the health information in the Application, never replace a veterinarian's advice. For any worrying symptom or emergency, consult a veterinarian without delay.
To answer, the assistant receives your messages and, when you ask about a pet, information about that pet, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features rely on third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OneSignal, TikTok…). Their use is subject to their own terms.
You may, if you wish, link your TikTok account to share a video of your pet there. You remain solely responsible for what you publish and for complying with TikTok's rules. We never post to your account without your explicit action, and you can disconnect at any time.
The Application offers a monthly or annual Premium subscription. The free plan includes, among other things, 20 messages with the AI assistant, 30 memories per pet and 2 guardians per pet (you included). Premium gives access to an unlimited AI assistant, the PDF health report, more guardians and up to 200 memories per pet. These limits may change; the description shown in the Application at the time of purchase prevails.
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time after purchase.
All the content of the Application (texts, images, logos, etc.), other than content added by users, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation without prior authorization is prohibited.
Personal data collected through the use of the Application is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The User has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data.
You can request the deletion of your account from your profile. It is permanently deleted, with its data, after 30 days; you can cancel the deletion by signing in again before then. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: it is managed with Apple or Google.
The publisher of the Application strives to provide a quality service but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions or any other technical problem affecting the Application, nor for any decision made on the basis of the information it provides. The User uses the Application at their own risk.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of FRANCE. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of FRANCE shall have sole jurisdiction.
